Chingis is one of the great handyman and general contractors out there. I have called on him a few times in desperate need of maintenance repairs to my home. He is always super responsive, very friendly and polite and and absolute expert craftsman. He was able to save me a lot of money in rebuilding my kids mirrored sliding door closet without needing to replace the tracks and the frames when I was absolutely sure replacement was needed. He comes 100% recommended and will always call upon him first.
