We worked with Armstrong building services on a complicated new bathroom addition to our home. Loren & his team relocated our washer /dryer from the lower level of quad split into the basement and installed a completely new bathroom where those had been. This involved complex plumbing and electrical work which they did all in house. The new bathroom sat on a concrete slab and needed all new mechanical, electrical & plumbing. 100% of the work was done by Loren & his crew. They also did all of the framing, trim, and concrete work. Loren goes the extra mile to ensure you have a finished product you can be proud of. I cannot say enough good things about their competency and professionalism.

From start to finish it was all positive. We now have a beautiful kitchen. Loren and his crew were outstanding when totally remodeling our two bathrooms while we were away. Loren and Grant met with us several times during the planning and purchasing phase to give us insight and ideas. They provided suggestions based on their wealth of knowledge on the type of materials and items to purchase, as well as saving us money. Loren was always available to answer our questions.

During the construction phase, they communicated with us very well, and sent us pictures and videos to update us on a daily basis. When Loren determined we had a water pressure issue, he went above and beyond to find the problem and fixed it by installing a new water softener and pipes. This resulted in our water pressure being the best it has ever been. Their quality of work is superior and flawless, to the extent of them exactly matching the veins on the porcelain at the seam. In addition to their excellent craftsmanship, Loren, Grant and crew have outstanding work ethic that is a rarity to find.

WOW!!! That was my first impression when I saw my completed bathroom.

I was under time constraints to get my outdated bathtub replaced with a walk-in shower. I had previously met with two other contractors to receive quotes and wasn’t quite feeling that this was the way to go. I started searching the internet to find local bathroom contractors and came upon Armstrong Building Services, who specialize in bathroom and kitchen remodeling. After reading the reviews for Armstrong Building Services, and seeing many positive reviews (including some from people I know), I made the phone call to set up an initial meeting. From the first visit in my home with Loren to see the area being remodeled, to the follow up meeting(s) at their showroom to view their displays of showers, and products, I was impressed with their knowledge and patience. I knew this was the way to go with this family-owned business and I also went from a tub to shower replacement to a complete bathroom remodel. With their expertise, in both their product line and designer skills, I opted to go with a stone resin shower, high-end glass shower door, teak (fold-up) shower bench and spa shower head.

This was a seamless project for me, as Loren kept me updated with his timeline for ordering product and also to keep me apprised for purchases I was going to make for the bathroom to make sure we were in alignment.

Once all materials were in, Loren and his sons (Grant, Marshall and Lincoln) arrived promptly at 8:00 AM every day and worked a full day. They were all very professional and respectful of me and my home (cleaned everything up every evening before they left). The remodel was not only completed on time but 4 weeks early and only took 3 days. I have shared pictures of the completed remodel with many of my friends. I would highly recommend them and would definitely work with them again on a future project. Thank you, Loren and sons, for my beautiful new bath!!!!
