Unique Renovations, LLC

Flooring Replacement in Home: Unique Renovations, LLC replaced every square inch of flooring in our home. They took the time to tape off rooms so we could remain in the house and used air scrubbers to cut down significantly on dust. They removed tile, wood and carpeting and replaced with LVP and new carpeting in two bedrooms. They showed up promptly, were easy to work with, cleaned up behind themselves, were careful in moving furniture and went the extra mile by painting the quarter round and baseboards and by placing felt rounds on the bottom of furniture pieces to prevent scratching. And they were great to my little dog! I will use them again for other projects and recommend them highly.

I couldn't be more pleased with my bathroom renovation by the crew of Unique Renovations. The crew worked every weekday straight, arriving each day at 7:30, waiting in their truck until 8:00 am. Every member of the crew was very professional, respectful and thoughtful. The quality of their work (demolition, carpentry, tile-work, plumbing, glasswork and painting) was impressive. They cleaned up and disposed of refuse every day. Many thanks to Zach and the crew.

I can’t say enough good things about Zach and his team. This was our first renovation, and we really didn’t know exactly what we wanted to do. Zach came out and gave us a detailed quote that allowed us to choose what renovations we wanted to do now and what we wanted to save for later. He gave us a detailed list of local contacts that made it easy for us to get all the materials we needed. Once we had them ordered, his team picked everything up and had our project completed within a week. The communication from him and his team throughout the process was great and there were no surprises when we received our final invoice. Our bedroom and bathroom look great, and we will definitely be using Unique Renovations for future projects!

Zach and the guys fid a wonderful job. We had used a different company a few years ago and they did such a terrible job that we were very gun shy. But Unique Renovations did not disappoint. Chad was the main guy that came out and did most of the work and he was very good, anytime something didn’t work right or we changed something he did a great job figuring it out and making it happen. I’m glad I found them and will be using them again for other projects.

We decided to use Unique Renovations to remodel our home that is about 22 years old after seeing the wonderful job they did for two of our family members. Zach Etheridge was easy to work with to get the project started. His team lead by Jonathan Prendez was awesome to work with. They completed our renovations in about 5 weeks which I thought was fast considering we did two bathrooms, kitchen, fireplace, new lighting and fans throughout the house, and new floors in the living room and master bedroom. We totally gutted the master bath and made a big walk in shower where our old tub was and had a large linen closet built where the old shower was located. We are so happy with how everything turned out. It looks wonderful! We will definitely use them again for any future projects.
