Viable Remodeling

John was a total pleasure to work with. He heard what we were going for and was able to level up our vision rather than just executing on our medium idea. He was a true partner in the process and throughout the entire project, we really appreciated his open communication, impressive expertise, and overall professionalism.

It was such a pleasure working with John!! We did a tricky kitchen remodel in our pre-war building and his knowledge, eye for detail, and experience made all the difference. Communication was always prompt and clear, and we knew he would never cut corners and make sure the project was done to the highest standard of quality. Would give 6 stars if I could!

We hired John for our kitchen remodel as he was referred from a friend and I can confidently say he lived up to—and exceeded our expectations . From our very first meeting, it was clear he knew exactly how to manage a kitchen remodel from start to finish. John helped guide us through the entire process: planning the layout, refining the design, coordinating materials, and explaining what would work best both visually and functionally. He handled demolition, cabinetry installation, countertops, electrical, plumbing, flooring, and finishing details with incredible attention to detail. Every phase of the project was clearly communicated, and we always knew what was happening next. What really set John apart was how well he respected our home. The work area was kept clean and organized daily, tools were neatly stored, and disruption was kept to a minimum—something many contractors overlook. He was also extremely mindful of our budget, offering smart suggestions and alternatives without ever pushing unnecessary upgrades. The project stayed on schedule, just as promised ( this never happens so WOW), and the final result is a kitchen that was exactly what we wanted. The craftsmanship is outstanding, and every detail feels intentional and well-executed. John is also incredibly friendly, professional, and easy to work with. Having a contractor in your home for weeks can be stressful, but John made the entire experience comfortable and enjoyable. John truly takes pride in his work. If you’re looking for a contractor who delivers exceptional quality, stays on budget, respects your home, and genuinely cares about getting it right, John is the one. Our kitchen is absolutely perfect, and we wouldn’t hesitate to hire him again.
