Craig and Lupe put the roof on my vet clinic back in 2019 (when this dynamic duo worked for a different roofing company). They exceeded expectations by sending two crews and got the job done quickly to ensure business was minimally impacted. This year when my house needed a new roof of course I called Craig and Lupe again. They communicate. They are polite. The color match of the mortar to the tile is perfect. I have the prettiest roof in the neighborhood. Their work and customer service is superb. Furthermore, Craig’s vast knowledge and experience is far superior to the explanation that a neighbor received from the roofing company she had contracted for her roof. Craig was generous with his time and explained to her details he had given me regarding S tile roofs. Big thumbs up for Craig and Lupe and the whole crew at Banyan.

Matt and the crew at Banyan Construction did an outstanding job of transforming a tired condominium facing the intercoastal waterway into an architectural treasure.

They did it all. From demolition, drywall, electrical, plumbing, flooring, lighting, impact windows & doors; to full bathroom and kitchen renovations. Each task was performed in a timely, professional and efficient manner. They operated a clean, safe, secure and productive worksite. They were innovative in finding solutions to the inevitable unforeseen conditions; and were responsive to our concerns and addressed issues without delay.

They were courteous to our neighbors and lived up to their promises. These factors were very important to us because during much of the construction, we were 1,000 miles away; so we had to place our trust in Matt; and he did not disappoint us.

Banyan's job budget was very detailed. The only changes were those that we desired to make. When completed the project was on budget and despite difficulties sourcing some materials (beyond the builder's control) the project timetable was very close to on-time.

We used Banyan Construction to replace a concrete tile roof on a house we just purchased. This was a major project that had the potential to disrupt our lives right as we were moving in.
