Extraordinary full-service firm. Starts with Ryan. He is a rare talent that can do it all. Whether designing in real time/real space with his tape measure, managing subs, or super hero on the roof catching a hoisted window pane that was fluttering in the wind, you can have 1,000% confidence the job gets done and done right. He is then backed by extremely talented office staff. Ricardo was spectacular on design. Danielle and Ariana (materials, admin, on-the-spot all-around fixers/do-ers) are like the "You're in Good Hands" team from All-State, as I always felt like they had my back, were super smart, and made great calls at every step of the way that I would not have been able to do on my own or with the aid of consultants. Unusual to find such a concentration of such brilliant, extremely capable people in one small firm.
Every step of the process was so smooth & easy. We never questioned what steps were being taken. Ryan & his team are excellent about communication. If there was something that we were concerned about, Ryan was right out to speak to us. The crew always had the job cleaned up at the end of the day even if they were coming back the next day. We have Children so they ALWAYS made sure the construction site was clean & safe before they left. The outcome of our project was way more than what we expected. We get so many compliments on our home, even from people we don't know.
