Premier Building and Remodeling, Inc. assisted our family with a large addition being added to our older existing home. From the very first initial consultation, we knew we had found the right company to take on our project. Throughout the almost 7 month renovation, the team was clear in communicating with us regarding each step of the process and any obstacles discovered needing correction along the way. Concerns and alterations were met with immediate response. Premier’s main construction team assigned to our project tackled each step of the build with professionalism and their attention to detail was well above expectations. We could not be happier with the end result. There are plans to return in the Spring for a few needed outdoor finish items (because, snow). I will update this review at that time. We cannot express how much we highly recommend them for any renovation or remodeling work you may need. 5 Stars - all the way.
We couldn't be happier with the basement remodel that Premier Building and Remodeling completed for us. We had an old Michigan basement that connected to an unfinished newer basement and they finished both to make one cohesive and seamless living space. From start to finish, their team made sure that everything was exactly how we envisioned it to be. We were hesitant to go with a company & contractors that we didn't know but after seeing the quality, craftsmanship, and attention to detail PBR had we will choose and recommend them again and again for projects in the future. If we could give them 6 stars, we would!

John with Executive Home Repair did a fantastic job covering my gable vents to ensure proper air flow in my attic. We recently had vinyl siding installed on the outside of our house, and he matched the siding style and color perfectly. You can’t even tell where the old gable vents were. Our new louvered vent that he installed to allow air to move from our bathroom to the house exterior was done installed professionally as well. All around great experience!
