They were quick to respond to questions, have an app that gave us access to quick chats, budget and renovation schedule, they completed within budget, and have the knowledge and experience in coordinating a large renovation from start to finish, including all sub-trades, making the process feel easy and stress free. Highly Recommend Five Oak Contracting! I just finished a main floor renovation that included my kitchen and main bathroom. Five Oak made this process very smooth and stress free. They are very professional to communicate with and always returned my messages/ answered my questions in a timely manner. They really made my vision come to life better than I could have ever imagined. They always made things work, never did they tell me things were impossible to do, they always found a way!
We can’t say enough good things about Five Oak Contracting. From our initial contact with Five Oak, their first attendance at our home to listen to our wants and needs to refurbish our 28 year old home, to the end of the project, we have been totally satisfied with the attention to detail and open and honest communication with us. Mike and Brandi made some great suggestions and helped us with our choices along the way. They have a great working relationship with suppliers in Kamloops and as a result we had no delays waiting for products. Five Oak works closely with Living Kitchens and has such a great relationship with them that they pre-book their installation dates for the entire year. The upside of this is that when they took on our reno project we already had an installation date booked. Living Kitchens and Five Oak helped design and fine-tune our kitchen and bathroom cabinets. They listened to the specifics of what we wanted to see, made some great suggestions and our kitchen is perfect. installation went without a hitch. Quartz counters were manufactured and installed by Quattro and fit all cabinets perfectly. Five Oak also works with Bridgeport Floors and with Brandi’s assistance we found the perfect floors for our home. Bath and kitchen sinks and hardware were provided by another supplier Five Oak works with, The Ensuite and, again, with Brandi and Mike’s guidance everything turned out perfectly. Brandi’s eye for design helped with our Benjamin Moore paint choices to bring everything together beautifully. Five Oak has an electrician and plumber they work exclusively with so there were no delays to the project waiting for sub-trades. Our reno was a major one and we can say that Five Oak came in on time and on budget. Their app they use was perfect for communication and allowed real time updates on daily progress and budget. They guided us in making the choices we needed to make in time to have everything come together in a timely fashion. We highly recommend them for your renovation and would be happy to answer any specific questions you may have. If you are thinking of a reno book them soon as they fill up fast.
