For our home remodel - exemplary from start to finish. This project was much more than just price, scope, and schedule - but of artistic design impressions as well. Meeting with Tom at the start for development of a proposal, there was a discovery/creative stage by inquiry of our interests to imagine a conceptual design scope for generating a proposal- through his professional approach, trust, and creative talents - our choice was made during the proposal development process. Any other bid process would have been "Apples v Oranges". Project went great, so detailed in quality materials and workmanship, his staff of direct hire talent/labor were amazing/friendly too, sub contractors were excellent as well, materials of construction quality....on time schedule, punch list items addressed in a responsive manner, for a good finish to close out. I cannot give enough stars. We hired Stumpff after a terrible experience with another contractor left us with an unusable master bathroom. Tom and his team were incredibly professional, helpful, kind and efficient. From day one, they were understanding of the position we were in, and did everything in their power to make our project as easy and seamless a process as they could. Jennifer was amazing in helping us through the design process, providing guidance and options without ever pushing us in any one direction. Tony and the onsite team were efficient, communicative and quick to address any questions or concerns. Our project came in on budget, on time, and better than we imagined. Having seen the other end of the spectrum, I am positive that the work Stumpff did was done with pride and quality, and will stand the test of time. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
We did a bathroom remodel with Stumpff HomeWorks and they delivered exactly what we wanted. Tom is very professional, he is nothing like any contractor we have worked with before. He was very transparent with us every step of the way. He responded in a timely manner, followed through, and kept us updated. I was impressed with how quickly he came up with solutions when we stumbled across some minor hiccups (every project has a surprise or two, let’s be real!). Overall timeline was maintained, minor details took slightly longer than expected but it was out of Stumpff HomeWorks' control. Tom and his team were professional, fun and kept the area around the project clean and contained. We will definitely work with them again & will gladly recommend them to our family and friends.
Great experience with Stumpff Homeworks! Had a complete laundry room remodel. Tom and his employees were easy to work with. Designing with the assistance of the interior decorator Molly was simple. Project started on time and workers were there almost every day working until the project was complete. Area was always clean and tidy at the end of each day. Minimal disruption to our daily lives. Laundry room was taken down to the studs along with removal of closet. New tile, custom cabinetry, sink, new stacked washer/dryer, built in folding table, and amazing finishings throughout. Tom was easy to communicate with throughout the process and always responded quickly. Would 100% use Stumpff HomeWorks for future projects.
I recently purchased an electric vehicle (EV) and I needed to have a home-based charging station installed.
