They were excellent communicators, partners in planning, and excelled at organization. As our first major project, we learned that we would have benefited from more scope definition up front, but they were flexible and worked with us. The scope and timeline stretched out, but overall, we were very pleased with the results.

I was so incredibly happy with Paul Canady and his crew at Res Com Custom Builders. If you can dream it, they can build it! I had seen their work and knew they were the least expensive, but I did not care. I wanted the quality of work that I had seen in all of the pictures from previous jobs. We spoke to Paul and explained our vision for what we wanted inside our home. They were amazing in their delivery! They are honest, straightforward, thorough, and excellent at communicating before, during and after your project. Res Com is who you want when you want your dream, and you want your dream done right!!
