I am SO grateful for Cedarland Renovation! After having been fleeced by several contractors who did shoddy work, I did a lot of due diligence to find who I could trust with my next home project. Their work was excellent, fairly priced, and completed promptly. Haykal is a pro and Caroline took the time to answer all my questions and show me examples of their work. I will be trusting all of my home projects to Cedarland from now on.

Cedarland Renovations recently transformed my old-timer home with a complete kitchen and bathroom remodel. Haykal from Cedarland renovations installed a new shower for my bathroom. He was professional and had good communication throughout the project. He answered my questions from the first visit where he quoted the job all the way to the end of the project. Would recommend him anytime. 2025 update : I hired Cedarland again to help with renovation of my kitchen and flooring my front door entrance. Haik and his team were professional and easy to work with. Haik always aims for doing things right the first time to prevent future rework and delivers high quality. They helped me transform the kitchen completely and I would highly recommend them for your next renno project.

We recently worked with Cedarland Renovation (Hayk) on a renovation project, which involved gutting an entire story of our house, moving walls, redoing plumbing, installing a new bathroom with a tiled-in shower and floor, new drywall, new flooring throughout the unit, new closets, and new doors. From start to finish, the experience was positive. Hayk was always punctual for meetings and delivered what was quoted. Our project came in at the quoted cost, and he was conscientious about keeping expenses down where possible without compromising quality. He and his team worked efficiently without sacrificing quality, and they were respectful of our space throughout the process. He was very receptive to any feedback along the way, and the workmanship has held up well. Overall, working with Cedarland Renovation was a great experience, and we would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and skilled contractor.

Haykal was very efficient and easy to communicate with. I had a garage with steel trusses ceiling, and he converted into a beautiful suite. He also provided me with the blueprint drawing which helped made the process easier and he also facilitated the entire process of getting a permit with the city call. He also had excellent coordination with the electrician, plumber, and the rest of the team. He did the partition, painting, flooring, bathroom, tiling. He can do it all! Highly recommend, will use his services again for the next renovations.
