Nailed It Developments Inc.

The Nailed It guys truly live up to their name. The process of working with them from start to finish was just wonderful and we couldn’t be happier with our bathrooms. The quotes were accurate and we were never hit with any hidden costs or surprises (any changes in price due to spec changes, at our request, were always okayed in advance). Ashton, Richard, and the rest of the team were responsive to messages and questions. They were all consistently kind to myself and others working on the property—even despite less than ideal working conditions—and kept the site clean and their working area contained and tidy. Evan was our primary on-site worker and his high bar for quality shows. We had a particularly finicky fluted tile and it was cut to perfection, seams were considered in layout and lined up, and you can see the level of care that was taken in installation. It feels like we’re entering a spa or hotel every time, a total luxury. We would work with Nailed It again in a heartbeat, thank you guys!

We had a great experience working with Ashton and the Nailed It team. Ashton was extremely responsive and made our renovation process easy and stress-free from start to finish. They completed a full kitchen and upstairs facelift, including removing a wall, changing the flooring, and adding a beautiful kitchen island. Each member of the Nailed It team was professional, friendly, and delivered excellent quality workmanship throughout our home. They were flexible with our schedule and made sure timelines and dates worked well for us, which we truly appreciated. We highly recommend Nailed It for any home renovations and will absolutely be using them again in the future.

Ashton came by and gave us some excellent advice. We are at the very start of our renovation process. There was no pressure, no sales tactics, just a friendly chat that allowed us to confidently start the process of taking the next step towards renovating our home. If you are at the start of the process for a renovation I highly recommend reaching out to these guys and having a conversation.

Recently we had the occasion to undertake a reworking of our master ensuite. We searched for potential renovation firms and were referred to a few firms. We decided to start with Nailed it Developments and made contact with Ashton. He provided with the relevant information and a description of the project staging. The final result is outstanding. The construction team was very skilled and provided with assistance every step of the way. We were impressed with the interchanging of staff a certain steps in the project and each of them undertook their part of the project very professionally. Many times they consulted with us and explained options available. The team was very deliberate in keeping the work site clean and picked up everything at the end of each day. We had full use of the rest of the house. We were impressed with the quality of their suppliers for each step of the project. We recommend this firm without reservation and thank Ashton, Richard, Tyler, Alex and Rowan for their excellent work. They made the experience top notch and very rewarding. Jim and Patti Dunn

Our master bath remodel with NailedIt was a wonderful experience. The timelines were accurate and the lines of communication with Ashton and Richard were always open. The trades did amazing work, were friendly and helpful, did an awesome job of cleaning up at the end of each day, and the attention to detail was above and beyond. Looking forward to working with them for our next project!
