BCM London Construction was contracted through the VA Specially Adapted Housing (SAH) program for my home renovation. I am a disabled veteran with ALS, and accessibility and quality were critical. BCM London did an excellent job from start to finish.

The project included an accessible ramp from the garage, a complete bathroom tear-down and rebuild with a modern roll-in shower, wheelchair-accessible toilet and sink, and replacing carpet with wood flooring in my bedroom and living room. The new flooring was beautifully matched to the existing kitchen and dining area, and the bathroom turned out especially clean, modern, and functional.

The team was professional, on schedule, courteous, and very thorough with cleanup. I am truly thankful for their work and highly recommend BCM London Construction for VA and accessibility projects.

We couldn’t be happier with our new master bathroom! From start to finish, the project was handled with professionalism, care, and incredible attention to detail. Our project manager, Salar, was outstanding — he kept everything running smoothly, coordinated all the subcontractors seamlessly, and even arranged for work to continue while we were out of town so progress never stalled.

Communication was one of the biggest strengths of the whole experience. Anytime we had a question, Salar responded quickly and thoroughly, whether by text, phone, or email. We always knew exactly where things stood and what was coming next, which made the process stress-free and easy to follow.

Every worker who came into our home was polite, respectful, and mindful that both my wife and I work from home. They kept the job site clean, worked efficiently, and treated our home with care — something we truly appreciated. The craftsmanship is outstanding, from the flawless tile work in the walk-in shower to the perfectly installed freestanding tub, vanity, and lighting.

Even toward the end, when minor paint touch-ups and punch list items needed attention, Salar followed through until everything was complete and we were 100% satisfied. The final result is a bathroom that feels like a luxury spa and has completely transformed our home.
