Along the way you are continually informed of the progress with communication and management an integral part of the actual construction work. And the work itself- true craftsmen who turn ideas into beautiful reality. The job site was always well maintained, with very consistent start and finish times which all made those small, temporary inconveniences very easy to bear. We really cannot recommend S&D’s services more emphatically- absolutely top notch. The pictures can’t really translate the amazing craftsmanship. Amazing. Thank you!
We had our formal livingroom closed in and remodeled by S&D Remodeling and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The work was done so much faster than I had imagined it would take and it turned out beautifully! The entire team is so professional and they are extremely detailed. We had all the information up front and everything was completed smoothly and exactly on schedule! The end result was excellent, I can not recommend them highly enough!
Nate and his wife are a wonderful team of design and organization. Then Logan came on board to oversee our whole project on a daily basis. They installed a stunning new shower, updated two bathrooms, and installed new windows. The whole job was done is a timely manner, just as promised, and they did a beautiful job, attending to all the details. The workers they contracted were all very pleasant and very neat and showed up when promised, sometimes staying late to be sure the job was finished. I'm looking forward to having them remodel our master bath next month and love the design they have shown me. Good taste and good work. Thank you!
Absolutely loving the new screened porch! All the guys were very friendly, and Nate is a perfectionist so you know you're having it done right. We had quotes from a few different groups and S&D was very affordable for the outstanding quality we received.We will definitely be using these guys again for our next house project. Highly recommend!
This company is AMAZING! They were initially referred to me by a company that produces covered screen patios to install one at my home. Nate and his crew did a fantastic job building the project - they are true craftsman with a commitment to excellent workmanship. It's now my favorite space in my house!I also hired S&D to do an emergency exterior wall replacement on my mother's house to remove and replace a section of wall that was rotting due to water running into the wall. They did such an amazing job with the repair that you cannot tell an entire section of the exterior wall, siding and all, was removed and replaced!Nate is professional, straight-dealing, and competitively priced. He was great to work with on both of these projects and made the whole process a breeze. You will not go wrong hiring S&D!
