They replaced my broken wooden attic ladder with a new aluminum ladder. They provided me with a quick estimate of work and fair price to complete the project from start to finish. With complete customer satisfaction and warranty of work. Workers/team members were on time, professional and respectful of me and my property. We had roof damage from the hail storms this past May. We contacted 3 roofing companies, and Quality Home Improvement called us back the same day. We did hear from one of the other 3, but we'd already signed a contract with Quality, and they'd already begun the roof.Julio and his team came out and began the demolition on the roof. We'd already told Julio we wanted the trim on our windows redone. The wood was chipping and peeling, just weathered.Upon taking the trim off, Julio discovered water damage to the plywood under the top slats. He told us the way the original builder of the house had done it, caused the damage, so they had to do extra work. It was part of the roof damage, so Julio sent in the diagnosis to our insurance.We now have a lovely new roof, and with the new window trims and paint job our house looks beautiful.It took a bit longer to finish the work, with rain hindering the progression for a couple of days. It was well worth the wait for a wonderful finished job.We would recommend Quality Home Improvement, the team was very professional.
