Jody is an AMAZING contractor. He has been the sole contractor that we've used since we bought our house about 12 years ago. He has done everything from painting, to general repair work and he even completely renovated our basement to turn it into a working studio with beautiful flooring, studio lights, new sheet rocking and louvered doors. Jody is a font of local information and knowledge that helped make our transition upstate very easy. He is trustworthy, loyal, hardworking, acutely smart and a complete joy to work with. Last summer, Jody Brown, of Providence, Home Renovations, built the deck on the back of my house, located on the Esopus Creek. It was beautifully designed with the resulting deck being as planned, with the desired view, and very sturdily built. We were able to enjoy, with family and friends, the use of this extra outdoor space for the duration of the summer season. We were extremely happy with the completed project and would recommend Jody’s work to everyone. I also have called on Jody to complete work in my house that was unsatisfactory done by another contractor, including a bathroom vanity installation, wood floor installation, window and door trim work, and the hanging of bedroom and laundry room doors. While he can plan big projects, Jody also has an eye for the details and listens to the what the customer wants…which is so important when you are working on your home.
