I engaged Tirazis’ to finish a roughed-in basement washroom at our investment property. Amir was very open and honest and understood that it was an investment property and that we were balancing cost against looks. His quote (for labour) was very reasonable and he sent me all the receipts for materials (or I purchased directly) so we were able to understand and manage costs. Although I was not able to visit the property while all the work was going on, he kept me up-to-date through texts and sent me photos of progress. I felt confident in the job he was doing and in the end I was thoroughly pleased with the results. I went on to engage him for additional work to split the basement into multiple rooms. I found Amir to be very knowledge and conscientious, he listened and delivered a very good quality end-result while providing timely communication. I would not hesitate to recommend or use Tirazis again!
