High Mark Construction, LLC

We had an incredible experience working with Tom at High Mark Construction to build our new home in Florida. Even though we were in Colorado during the entire process, everything felt seamless and well-coordinated. From the very beginning, Tom took the time to understand our vision and made sure every detail aligned with the design we had dreamed of. Tom’s deep understanding of the local building process and his excellent relationships with county officials and contractors were invaluable. He navigated the permitting process with ease and connected us with trusted professionals whenever something fell outside his scope, ensuring the project stayed on track from start to finish. Tom also worked tirelessly to make sure we could move in by our target date, even when that meant extra effort and coordination for his crews. Every time we visited, the people working on our home were friendly, professional, and clearly took pride in their work. Communication was outstanding throughout. Tom was responsive, transparent, and always available, even on weekends or late evenings when we’d forget about the time difference. He went above and beyond by reminding us of important tasks as new Florida residents, like setting up trash service and enrolling our kids in local schools, which made the transition even smoother. We also want to thank Chantel, High Mark’s office manager, who was always friendly, helpful, and quick to respond whenever we reached out. Even after we moved in, Tom has checked in several times to make sure everything is going well. The final result is a beautiful, high-quality home that exceeded our expectations. We couldn’t be happier and highly recommend Tom and High Mark Construction to anyone looking to build a home in Florida. Thank you, Tom, for bringing our dream home to life!

We used High Mark to do a major renovation to our home in Celebration...and needless to say, they did not disappoint. I think we touched every inch of the house in some way, including a complete re-imagination of the garage apartment...and the renovation exceeded all of our expectations. Our new neighbors saw their work and loved it so much, they used High Mark too for their renovation as well! The crew....Tom, Chantelle, Alex & Erik were a pleasure to work with...even the dogs loved them!
