Smoky Mountain Home Renovations

They did a wonderful job on our bathroom and we are so happy with it! It was a complete gut job from top to bottom and they went beyond our expectations! Very professional, very friendly and stayed in contact with us on everything. We would definitely use them again and we highly recommend them to anybody who is thinking of using them!

The guys did a great job of remodeling our large bathroom, giving us a bathroom and a closet! Jim was our sales person and he did a fantastic job helping us figure out what was needed and getting us a reasonable quote. Then Jon and his crew came in and in 2 days all the work was completed! We had gotten a few quotes to do the job. Smoky Mountain Home Renovations was not the most expensive and was not the cheapest BUT they were the most complete. All the others had some parts that they would not touch; the floor, the new lights, finishing the new wall they would have to build, etc. Smoky Mountain Home Renovation did it all! They came in and took out the old tub, built the new wall separating bathroom from new closet area, installed the new shower, finished the wall including painting and baseboards, laid new flooring, and installed 2 can lights. When they left they took all debris/trash. We did not have to worry about getting anyone else in to "finish" the job. We will FOR SURE use them in the future, we're thinking the kitchen is next ??

I would like to express my heartfelt appreciation to Timmy Blake and his team at Smoky Mountain Home Renovations for the phenomenal addition to our home, completed just in time for summer. Three things that stand out about them: 1. Professionalism. Every team member consistently demonstrates a high level of professionalism, sticking to schedules and exceeding customer expectations in terms of quality, inspiring trust and confidence in their expertise. 2. Timeliness. The team arrives punctually every day, often ahead of schedule, and maintains open communication regarding project progress, keeping us informed throughout the entire process. 3. Excellence. Smoky Mountain Home Renovations goes above and beyond to deliver exceptional results, occasionally suggesting alternative solutions that surpass the customer's initial requests, and consistently upholding their promise to treat our project with the same care as if it were their own home. If you have a project that needs to be completed at your home, you should hire them; it's that simple.

We have now used this company for a full kitchen renovation and most recently a full bathroom renovation of our kid’s bathroom! Timmy and his employees go above and beyond to make sure every detail was how I pictured it would turn out! They are on time and do a fantastic job! Adding before and after photos of both projects!
