I cannot recommend Javier and his crew enough! As a first-time homeowner, I was devastated when just four months after buying my house, my sewer drain backed up and flooded my downstairs. Once we opened the walls, we discovered mold through half the house as well as additional plumbing issues. It was overwhelming—but Javier handled everything.

Not only did he fix all the problems, but he also helped me create the downstairs of my dreams. His whole crew was amazing and very respectful throughout the entire process. Javier gave me great recommendations on where to find quality items for less without sacrificing style. I ended up adding on upgrades, including removing an old wood-burning fireplace and replacing it with a beautiful electric one, as well as completely personalizing the downstairs bathroom.

Every detail shows his true craftsmanship, and I’m beyond happy with the results. I feel lucky to have found a contractor I can trust who goes above and beyond. If you’re looking for someone who does excellent work and truly cares about the finished product, Javier is the one!

I just finished a full kitchen renovation with new floor installation in part of my home. I got a lot of run around from other contractors, some who did not take me seriously since I live in a small outdated home. Javier provided a prompt, detailed estimate that was within budget and we were able to start the work very quickly.

The workmanship and quality of the work was top notch. Javier's crew was amazing to work with. I work from home and lived here with a husband and three dogs, and lived through the renovation. The team broom swept everything nightly and made my home livable during the renovation.

We hired Javier and his crew to knock down four pony walls and a couple of columns in our house. These were design elements from the building styles of the 90s that not only seemed to lack any purpose, but also ended up partitioning and closing up what would have been nice and open spaces.

Javier was knowledgeable about checking whether the columns were load bearing and included a plan to apply reinforcements to the beams where necessary. He gave us a reasonable quote and once we confirmed he was available to start in a couple of weeks.

He also has a very competent crew, who was very respectful of our living space that we were occupying while through the remodeling project. The job involved demolition, reinforcing beams, drywall repair, applying texture finish, painting, electrical (moving sockets, installing new recessed lights,) and floor repair.

The entire job was finished in less than 10 days. Anticipating how dusty it was going to be, they completely covered and taped up the floor and installed partition screens to isolate the work space from the living space.

All in all, the job was done very well, and finished ahead of initially quoted time frame. We’re very happy with the outcome and would highly recommend Javier and his crew for any home remodel or construction type project.

Javier and his team are undeniably the best team you will work with. I searched for the right contractor for close to a year, each time many no shows, prices to high, or quality of work was extremely poor. I then found Frayre Constructions and explained to Javier what I was wanting done. He showed up when he said, gave me a quote after looking at the project and started working shortly after meeting. I was nervous to work with another contractor, but Javier and his team were confident in their abilities and more than that proud of their work, and I knew things would be fine. There was no pressure, he listened to what we wanted, and explained what was possible with our budget. I had a vision of what I wanted the fireplace to look like, but they superseded my expectations. Javier will be the ONLY contractor I will ever work with for any project we need done in the future. Trust me you won’t be disappointed!
