Used ALI for our home repairs/maintenance and painting recently and decided to rehire for gutters after a great experience. A.L.I. Home Improvement is hands down the most professional, thorough, and competent contractor I've ever worked with. Our home was built with Masonite siding, which we learned should never have been installed this far south. It was water logged and the weight of the pieces was causing them to pull out of the nails. They were literally falling off of the house. The first estimate we received (for the same product A.L.I. installed) was nearly half the value of the entire house. Completely unacceptable. We found A.L.I. Home Improvement and they gave us a much more reasonable price. Mr. Ali was very professional and communicative. His walkthrough of the work to be done was very thorough. He noticed things that needed to be fixed that the first quote did not include, and his price was still FAR more reasonable. He regularly reached out with progress updates and kept us well informed. His craftsmen did an outstanding job and finished it very quickly. We are very pleased with the work done, and will start with A.L.I. Home Improvement for all our future needs.

I am thankful that I contacted ALI Home Improvement Company to install vinyl siding on my parent's old home. The house now looks brand new. This was the most pleasant and easiest business transaction that I ever experienced. Mr. Ali came out the very day I called him. He gave me a detailed scope of work and reasonable price the next day which I accepted. They came out the next week and started the job. I also asked Mr. Ali to look at the garage and he gave me a quote to install some more support beams and make the structure more stable. I accepted that quote and they completed that job the day after the vinyl siding was installed. Mr. Al was very responsive. I would not hesitate to contact them again and highly recommend this company.

We first had ALI home improvement redo our siding, soffits and fascia on our 35 year old home, back in 2016. We had such a good experience that when I needed work done on my parents house after they passed away, we reached out to him. This time, there was a lot more work that needed to be done! Soffits, fascia, vinyl siding, and redoing the old Acadian style porch posts and decking. We were even able to get a whole new roof, when we found out it was needed, using his network, within just one week! (and let me add that Mr. Ali was trying very hard for us to save our roof until this was discovered!) We have been so impressed with the quality of the work done, the materials, and Mr. Ali's honesty and integrity. He truly cares about his customers and wants to give them the best service at the best price. Communication is excellent and he was always checking the progress, checking on us, and seeing if we had questions-making sure everything was like we wanted. He and his team truly made a difficult situation in tending to my parents' home after their passing, much more bearable. They took pride in their work, were patient with us, and I felt like they really cared about our situation. I know working on older homes can often be a challenge!
