Jeremy and Wayne were contracted for a complete soffit repair. They were courteous and professional through the entire job. What really impressed me was their respect for the job site (my home). They cleaned each day and ensured all the refuse was properly disposed of.

This was not an easy job. This was 6-8 foot wide soffit made of plaster. Worse than that, most of it was 30+ feet in the air. Worse than that, a few sections had fallen during the previous ownership and had been replaced with concrete which had to be peeled from the beams without doing damage to the sensitive pool equipment below. Jeremy and Wayne took each problem in stride and focused on pushing forward with the proper solution and maintaining the original project schedule.

The guys worked with my wife and I to identify the best material to do the replacement with. As we replaced the soffit, we were also able to replace 50-year-old can lights that had definitely seen better days. They spent extra time and effort to caulk around new LED housings (installed primarily by the homeowner but with a share of assistance from Jeremy) which not only transformed the appearance of the house but also serves as a barrier to pesky insects.

We absolutely love the job you guys did. I can’t recommend All Around Construction enough.
