Very skilled, very knowledgeable, and very nice to work with! This is a small local business that cares! Joe and James did a complete remodel of my kitchen and bathroom. They did detailed, careful work with my tile patterns, and all plumbing and appliances were installed correctly. The result is gorgeous and in proper working order. They have a "can do" attitude but will also explain if/why something is not possible. At the end of the job, Joe sent two professional cleaning people who were amazing and made everything sparkle. Update: I rehired JB Restoration and More to put in my dream deck - surprising no one, they nailed it. I’ve been enjoying coffee in the morning and dinners at night. This deck has become one of my favorite parts of my home and it’s truly improved my quality of life. I can’t thank Joe & Jimbo enough for making my dream come true. I’m still very much in the “somebody pinch me, this can’t be real” phase. I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend JB for your projects: small, medium, or large! Joe had the capability of completely transforming our bathroom and making it our dream space! His attention to detail, creativity, and dedication made the process seamless. He understood our design choices and wishes and brought them to life. He kept an open line of communication during the whole renovation, and kept us in the loop of every step. After consulting with a few contractors, we hired Joe to remodel our basement bathroom.. and I am SO happy we did! Every day he would come in and tell us his game plan for the day and upon exiting he would give us a walk through of what he executed and accomplished. He kept us informed and in the loop every step of the way. Not only that but he made sure to clean up his work space at the end of every day so we would have a clear path to other rooms of the house. He was polite and honest. He took the time to really perfect his craft and it shows. He also had a cleaning service come after the job was done just to make sure things were in better shape than when he even came! I am so in love with our new bathroom. We also had some last minute add on requests and he didn’t bat an eye or make us feel like we were an inconvenience. It’s easy to stress as a homeowner when projects need done around the house, but with Joe I know I have an honest contractor I can depend on to get the job done the correct way and in a timely fashion. With all that being said and his competitive pricing, we are already planning on getting back on his schedule for our other bathroom!
