We worked with Keselman Construction for a major bathroom remodel in Strongsville. Everyone we worked with throughout the whole process, especially Ivan and his team, was exceptional! Communication was great throughout the project and any questions we had were addressed quickly. We are so happy with the final product (which was finished way ahead of schedule!) and the quality of the work is outstanding. We will definitely use Keselman construction for any future needs we have and highly recommend them.

We worked with Victor for the estimate, contract, and permitting; Diana for the elegant design; and Ivan as construction project manager. All three were skilled, courteous, and extremely responsive. We appreciated how they actively worked with us at each stage. The process was organized and efficient, and the team of tradesmen led by Ivan did excellent quality work with great attention to detail. Questions and concerns were promptly addressed. Even the final interior cleaning was well done, leaving everything spotless. We love how the work turned out and will recommend Keselman Construction to friends and family.

We are so, so impressed with Keselman Construction. I met with Business Development Manager Eben Selby in March, and began rough planning for our new bathroom. Once we had a good estimate, we proceeded to the design phase, working out the specific choices of tile, flooring, vanity, medicine cabinet, hardware, etc. with designer Dimitrii Matiukhin. After about a month’s delay to acquire all the necessary materials, construction began in early July. Project manager Ivan Tsebryk kept the work moving; something was being done nearly every day, and Ivan kept me informed. The project was substantially completed in a month, with minor outstanding items that did not prevent us from enjoying our new bath. The workmanship – from electrical and plumbing to tile, drywall, and painting – was very professionally done and looks just perfect. We are very pleased to have chosen a zero-entry shower with a lateral drain. It is safer and more attractive than our previous center-drain shower. Built in shelves allow the shower to feel much more spacious than our old one. We are very, very happy with Keselman’s work, and would definitely use them again.
