I recently completed renovating a 4000 sq foot home in CO, having moved here in October, 2025. Since I've renovated several homes in the past, I know that a contractor is only as good as his subs. In interviewing contractors, I asked how many years they had worked with their electrician, plumber, trim carpenter, painter, tile folks etc. I chose Colorado Restoration & Remodeling because the owner, Igor Kublitskiy, assured me that he would only use subs who were experienced and with whom he had worked for years. He aslo assured me that there would be no surprises in cost as he would give me a solid quote before work began. He was true to his word. He was on the job site daily to inspect the work which was extensive. The kitchen, 3 bath rooms, and laundry room were gutted. New cabinets, appliances, stone work, tile, vanities, plumbing, all light fixtures and architectural lighting, curbless shower and heated floor in the master bath were installed as well as whole house security and cameras. A 23 foot beam was removed in the living room and a new fireplace, mantel and gas logs were installed. His subs were very professional, the quality of their work was excellent, and the subs went out of their way to work extra hours in order to complete the renovations before Christmas. I am thrilled with the results! When my roof and windows need replacing, I will definitely call Colorado Restoration and Remodeling!
Igor and his team at CRR have done two amazing projects for us. In the fall of 2023 they replaced our asphalt shingle roof with a tile roof and this year they replaced our wood deck with concrete, Trex, and added an upper deck off of our bedroom. Throughout both projects, they kept in constant communication. The craftsmanship is fantastic and the prices were very fair. We will keep using CRR for all of our construction needs!
I ran into some hiccups with my insurance company regarding replacing my roof. Susan was amazing in working with the insurance company to get the work approved. Also, Martin made the process leading up to the work and through the completion of the work easy and worry free. Hands down, a great experience with this company. I feel CR&R is lucky to have people represent the company like it's their own. I'll refer CR&R out and I'd hire them again!

After having a few contractors come by to quote the project it quickly became apparent that Igor and his team were leagues ahead of their competition. Igor and Paul were on time to the consult and provided a detailed quote the same afternoon! They also took the time to listen to what we were looking to accomplish and provided insights on what would and wouldn’t work based on their experience.We were given a timeline for completion of the project up front and they were good on their word. Paul was the primary contractor for our project and exceeded every expectation we had and then some. We couldn’t be more satisfied with the finished product.In a world where reliability is hard to come by these guys excel. We will hands down use them for future projects. Keep up the good work!

Homeowners have not only found all of this very convenient, but it also takes a lot of stress off of their shoulders. I’ve used this team for some personal properties as well - they have performed roof inspections and installations, including a new build.
