Every worker on the job was knowledgeable, courteous, and highly skilled.I want to specifically recognize Alex Konstantelos and Rey Schmied, the representatives on the project. They were outstanding representatives of the company, always “Johnny on the spot,” incredibly responsive, just a phone call away, and very accommodating of our work and life schedules. They were understanding, communicative, and made what could have been a very stressful situation surprisingly smooth and even enjoyable.Another thing that truly stood out to me is that all of this happened during the Christmas holiday season. Despite that, these guys worked hard every single day right up through Christmas Eve and made sure everything was completed in time for the holidays. I honestly cannot express how thankful I am, that level of commitment means everything when your home is affected like this.As strange as it sounds to say that dealing with major home damage was a good experience, working with such great people made all the difference. Boardwalk Contractors delivered!This home had a large list of projects due to an undetected leaking toilet tank upstairs which turned into a ceiling falling through.Alfonso and his teams quality of work are superb. Alfonso kept in constant contact with me regarding project updates. He made it easy to view flooring samples via email.I live 3+ hours from this property, they made everything work out seamlessly. Boardwalk contractors did our remodel for water damage. They not only did a great job and made everything look so nice but they got the job done a week ahead of schedule for us since I had a newborn and had to stay in a Air BnB while the work was getting done. I appreciate you guys getting us back home early! Also, Alfonso as our main contact was very polite, communicative and helpful with the whole process, he is awesome!
My home life and kitchen have been in disarray since April to mid-July due to a broken water drain. However, I would like to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation to Alfonso. Although this has been a long process and I am eager to complete it, Alfonso has consistently exceeded expectations by supervising and assisting the workers, when possible, to complete our kitchen renovation. He effectively communicated the process and provided detailed information. Alfonso's exceptional service is an example of how to ensure customer satisfaction.I would also like to extend my appreciation to the workers who entered my home to perform the tear-down, mold abatement, and all subsequent tasks, including the finishers, for their politeness and courtesy, Thank you.However, it is evident that the craftsmanship involved in installing our kitchen cabinets was lacking in care and pride. Although it is an improvement over our previous setup, and many may comment that "it looks great," we can clearly discern that it was a rushed job. I want to emphasize that this is not a reflection on Alfonso's supervision. He did return to our home and personally addressed the noticeable imperfections, demonstrating his understanding of OUR dissatisfaction with the installation and the eagerness of Boardwalk to finalize our contract. We, too, were anxious to resolve this matter, having lived without a functional kitchen for three months.
