Lance is the best contracter in Calif. He remodeled our kitchen and family room and dining room and bathroom. He did Beautiful work on everything. Built kitchen cabinets and island from scratch. A true professional with a great work ethic who has a great eye for detail. A true Craftsman. We have had him come 3 different times over the years and each job was done beautifully and on time. Lance just installed my front door. He did a fabulous job. I was very concerned about the decorative bricks getting damaged. Lance was very careful everything came out beautifully.
Lance prices are fair much less than Lowes.
Lance will be my first call on all my home projects.
