When we made the decision to stay in our home and renovate, rather than move to a new home, Marko, Nik and the Fourt team were the ones to collaborate with.

Our home was divided into many smaller rooms, as was the style at the time. We were looking at making our home more family functional, and more of an open concept design, which meant taking down walls, and bringing in support beams. Marko and Nik’s expertise was invaluable, to allow us to achieve this!

Marko, Nik, and the Fourt team are “yes” guys. They are very resourceful and are solution finders. If they can find a way to make “difficult” or “dream” things work, they will!

Whatever crazy things we asked for, like moving our main floor laundry to an unusable space on our upper floor, or installing a wall of sliding doors instead of windows, and finding a way to achieve a 10’ ceiling golf room (with a sloped floor), out of an 8’ ceiling basement bedroom, they listened to our ideas. They found resourceful ways to achieve our vision and goals. It’s all amazing by the way!

I loved that Marko and Nik worked closely with our designer and all the vendors, which made everything go more smoothly for timelines, communication, and any issues that arose. The team of trades, vendors, and designers they work with, that come into your home, are all top notch

Their work is quality, solid, and very thought out. I also very much appreciate that they will work with your budget and work at keeping you within it. There are no surprises at the end, you know where you are at as you go, which allows you to make adjustments if needed, and make your choices accordingly. They are fair, honest, have integrity and are hard workers.

We are incredibly happy with how our home transformed over 9 months, and would absolutely have Marko, Nik and Fourt do any future work for us, without hesitation.

I worked with Fourt Construction to completely renovate my 30 year old condo kitchen. The attention to detail with the cupboards, countertop, tile and lighting were exceptional.
