Manu and his interior designer wife were straightforward and professional to deal with. It is very telling that all of his crew have been with him for 15 to 20 years! This means you get experienced people and no trainees. The work was first-rate and they actually started demolition only 3 days after we placed the order. The whole project was completed in under a month, which is extremely fast compared to other contractors, particularly when you consider they also did a new floor and a new bathroom counter.I have attached pictures of the completed shower minus the glass, which is still in transit, and of the new floor and countertop.General Remodel is highly recommended.
I had them completely remodel both my master bathroom and my spare bathroom.Manu really surprised me with how quickly he wanted to start work after our first meeting. And my bathrooms were completed in about 2 1/2 weeks. Everyone showed up when they were supposed to so there was no waiting around. I really enjoyed working with Manu and Sam on an almost daily basis. And the the installers were all very pleasant and professional.But above that, their work was outstanding. And if I saw a problem or didn't like something, they fixed it immediately. I thought I knew what I wanted but a few times they would point out a better choice and I really appreciated their guidance. I hope to hire them again for other rooms in my house.
It was a great experience working with their team. A family member needed new flooring and kitchen cabinets and General Remodel made the process easy and not stressful. The end result was more spectacular than we imagined with their guidance and expertise. Not to mention the price could not be better. Thank you
