The team at LV Home Service was great from start to finish. Masha was very diligent on following up with & my insurance company to make sure that everything was covered. She stayed on top of the details so I didn’t have to. Mo was upfront & honest about the process of the repair for my bathroom & kitchen. He answered all of my questions and was patient. First time on having to deal with insurance and they both made feel at ease. I actually think my house is better than when the water damage took place. Masha said this was going to be the case & she was right!!

Each phase of our construction was smooth and the work was completed efficiently and professionally by highly skilled technicians. Moe was also quick to return calls and communicate with us along the way. Masha, in the office, was also very helpful especially when we were faced with difficult decisions regarding product selection, due to the overwhelming numerous colors, styles, and material options available. Moshe and Masha guided us through the decision-making process and were always there to answer questions and help us brainstorm best options. Without reservation, we highly recommend LV Home Services!
