Rénovo Solutions

Cassy and Mélanie truly created our dream bathroom by perfectly understanding our tastes and needs. Their work and service are of incredible quality. They remained available at all times to answer our questions and address our concerns, and they went into overdrive when unexpected issues arose. They love what they do, and it shows in their work ethic and the results they deliver. I would have them renovate every room in my house without hesitation. Thank you again for creating this peaceful oasis for us.

The best, without a doubt. We were looking for innovative ideas for our master bedroom (open-concept bathroom), and Cassy and Mélanie perfectly met our expectations by suggesting an option with two walk-in showers and a high-quality therapeutic bathtub from a Quebec company. They understood our tastes perfectly and did a remarkable job. We didn't hesitate to contact them again to renovate our main-floor bathroom and to install 24x48 ceramic heated floor tiles in our kitchen. They are simply the best in their field, and we recommend them without hesitation. P.S.: They are truly meticulous and professional; in short, contact them—you won't be disappointed!

It was a real pleasure to have chosen you as our team. Your passion truly shines through, and your attention to detail is impressive. Don't hesitate to entrust your project to this wonderful, dynamic team! ??

I want to break it down into Customer Service (Before, During and After) and Work done. The "customer service" level is top-notch during all project. The information shared at the start of the project was very clean/easy to understand, even for me, who had no clue. The roadmap to getting me up and running was outlined at the start and followed to the dot, and even provided me with updates on minor adjustments. The best part is when Cass explains the adjustment, you understand the reasoning even if you're outside the line of business. It is good to see a Business owner put the time into offering an experience that, due to a broken washroom and a problem at home, and a negative time to a positive experience because they care about their Work and how they do it. The Quality of Work: It was excellent; Cass provided the timeline and followed the T with insane quality. Even after a week of construction, the house was clean because they used quality materials, took care of your stuff, and cleaned it every single day. Also, you can see that they invest in quality material to deliver quality work and all the gadgets needed to deliver the Work without running to Home Depot to get a rental every day or second day. Cass also has more batteries for his tools than I have forks and knives at home. It makes it easy when you hire quality contractors and contractors that care. I'm impressed, and I am sharing this long review (In English) to ensure nothing gets lost on Google Translator.
