We had a complicated renovation project that lasted several months that involved gutting two stories of a home to add 4 bedrooms, two media rooms, 2 full baths, one 1/2 bath a laundry and a large deck and also incorporating the finishes into an existing new home. Everyone onsite was respectful and the job was finished in a reasonable agreed upon timeline, all inspections were passed with the county without any issues. Finishes were completed successfully and Jeremy came to do a final walk through for some minor tweaks at the end. Our project manager James was fantastic and easy to work with. I would highly recommend this team and will use them for future projects.

If I was asked to write a 10 page essay about our experience with RRLLC, I would gladly do so. To say our experience exceeded our expectations would be an understatement. We did a complete house gut as well as a master addition to the back of our house. We had a different contractor, whom we paid a deposit, start the demo of the project. They ended up filing for bankruptcy and taking our money with them. We were obviously nervous about any contractor we interviewed after that. After explaining our situation to Jeremy, we felt a large weight lifted off our shoulders as we felt someone finally gave us the comfort level we had been searching for. Jeremy and his team are the absolute best at communicating. Anytime we reached out to him for an update, we never had to wonder if we were going to get a response. In a world of contractors responding to you days and weeks later, Jeremy and his team really stand out from the crowd. After what we had been through with our previous contractor, my husband was at the job site almost every day. All of Jeremy's employees are just as knowledgeable and trustworthy as he is. We thought they may get annoyed with him hovering all day, but they understood the situation and even taught him what they were doing along the way. We were able to have frank conversations about budget throughout the process telling Jeremy we needed to cut back in some areas. Once he knew, he was always willing to brainstorm to figure out creative ways to get us what we liked but within budget. I am pretty particular about finishes. We have three different types of cabinet hardware in our kitchen alone. We joked about it a good bit, but Jeremy always made sure we were completely satisfied with each step of the renovation even to my sometimes unrealistic standards. I could go on and on, but the moral of the story is to trust the reviews. They are raving for a reason. We can't wait for our next project so we can work with them again.
