Premier Remodeling

Premier Remodeling is an amazing team! Just completed refinishing a basement adding a bedroom, bath, kitchenette, and multipurpose entertainment room, which turned out absolutely gorgeous – better than I had originally envisioned it.

The Premier Remodeling team has been wonderful work with through every step of the design process. I am a dancer and had a very specific vision and requirements for the flooring. They went above and beyond and met me at a dance studio to make sure they understood what I wanted. They helped me with selections and discuss requirements to ensure that I got what I wanted while assuring long-term integrity of the build. The on-site project managers made sure I knew what to expect on the schedule and were responsive to questions or concerns working to a solution. I was contacted right away when an unforeseeable issue was identified and presented with options on ways to proceed. Outstanding communication! The team including their subcontractors and suppliers provided excellent quality craftsmanship with utmost professionalism and respect.

We have neighbors who had remodeling done and we asked who they used. Premier Remodeling. We asked if they were happy with their remodel and if they recommend Premier Remodeling. All said YES!.
So we decided to go with Premier Remodeling and we are so very happy we did. Ours was not an easy project. We had an old concrete retaining wall that had to be removed without collapsing the floor from above. From the very start we had confirmation after confirmation that they know what they are doing and how to accomplish the goal. They have the resources, knowledge, or sub contractors that can do the projects.
Luke would come up with ideas to save us money without sacrificing quality. It didn't go as fast as we wanted. Everyone in construction is busy but Premier can push some of them m earlier and not let it keep sliding.
We could NOT be happier about our remodel project. :-)
They have been a joy to work with and we can't recommend them high enough.
Time to enjoy the remodel now. :-)

Update: 11 months after my remodel, the thermostat for my heated floor kept tripping off. I had to flip the breaker switch to reset it. I didn't want this to go on forever. I contacted Premier and let them know of the problem. Their technician came out and trouble shot the problem and found the thermostat itself was defective. They ordered a new thermostat and when it came in, sent one of their guys over to replace the bad one. At no cost to me. After 2 months, the thermostat has never trip off again.
I can't recommend these guys enough. Even after almost 1 year, they are still available and will come and take care of ANY problems that come up with their work. How much is that worth knowing they are there if a problem shows itself months down the road? Quit messing around with these other places and call them. As my Daddy told me, Do you want it done right or do you want it done cheaply? Doing it right the first time is ALWAYS cheaper than doing it twice or more times.

This company was amazing to work with! I recommend them to everyone I know. From the beginning they were responsive, friendly and great communication. We wanted a finished basement with 2 bedrooms, family room, and bath. They exceeded our expectations and worked within our budget. Luke also took the time to explain to us why he decided everything he did and how it would make our home better. It matches the rest of our home beautifully and was done a month earlier than expected. We can’t say it enough the whole team was great and we would love to use them for any future projects.

We met Luke and the Premier Remodeling team 3 years ago and haven't called anyone else since! They came very highly recommended from a neighbor that had recently done some remodeling. We were looking for someone to help us with a living room remodel, ceiling renovation, electrical installation, banister remodel and painting. We were really impressed by the way the Premier Remodeling Team listened to our ideas and gave us suggestions that would fit within our budget, but that gave us the end "vision" we wanted. Our first project was completed within a month. We have used Premier many times since then....building shelves and installing in our laundry room, replacing and painting our garage door, window replacements, a complete tear out and remodel of the main floor in our rental home after water damage.....most recently, Premier Remodeling, stepped in and went above and beyond to take care of a basement flood that occurred while we were out of town. Since we had built such a trusting relationship and knew the caliber of the Premier Remodeling team, we simply made the call and Luke took it from there. We had complete trust in his skill, ability, honest work ethic and those of his partners to complete the job quickly and efficiently while we were unable to attend to it. Luke and all the guys at Premier Remodeling are TOP NOTCH! We have hired them to do several projects for us and they have done a superb job on each and every one. First we had a major reconstruction done on our new house to include moving walls, removing load bearing walls and redoing floors and ceilings. Premier Remodeling and the sub-contractors they use worked with us on every aspect of the job and the result was fantastic! Premier Remodeling did such a good job that we hired them to fix up our old house prior to sale and we made back the cost on the sale. We have been so happy with the work they do we are having them come back and redo our basement bathroom as well. Premier is a family owned and operated business and it shows, they take pride the their work and have a great work ethic! They are the only contractors I will use on my projects!
