This last year we embarked on a large addition to our house. The process of choosing a contractor is stressful, but luckily that was the last bit of stress we had in the process. Every step of the way: planning, prep, foundation, framing, drywall, finish work, all of it was done quickly and with incredible skill. This would all be enough, but the personal attention and wide-open communication from Shane and Carla down to their boys who are incredibly skilled at what they do made the process worry free. The result was amazing, beyond our wildest dreams and they were done more than a month ahead of schedule.

I cannot possibly oversell this company. I have never been happier to recommend a business.

I recently had the pleasure of working with SAC Remodeling on a large addition, and it was hands down the best experience I've ever had with a contractor. From start to finish, everything was handled with the utmost professionalism and care.

Communication: Outstanding. Every question I had was answered promptly, and they kept me updated throughout the entire process. I always knew what to expect and felt involved in every step of the project.

Work Quality: Exceptional. The craftsmanship and attention to detail were second to none. The connection to our current home was seamless. The team was meticulous, and the finished product exceeded my expectations. It’s clear they take immense pride in their work.

Pricing: Very fair and transparent. They provided a detailed estimate upfront and stuck to it. No surprises or hidden fees, which I greatly appreciated.

This is the second time I have used SAC. My project was completed on time, on budget and beyond my satisfaction. Shane offered many suggestions during construction that contributed to an amazing outcome. His expertise and integrity are worth the price. If you want a cheap bid with the corresponding poor quality, he is not the contractor for you. He will not be the least expensive bid but he will be, without question, the best choice if you want a quality job with excellent suggestions to improve the project. He doesn't need to be micro-managed and he stays in constant contact with great follow up communication. His crew was very professional and treated my home with respect. I traveled during the construction with complete trust that Shane was in control and would always make the best decision in my absence. If you would like a stress free, positive construction experience with integrity, SAC is the company for you.

SAC is everything you could want in a contractor! We had three bathroom taken down to studs and new flooring put in and it was an amazing experience. You hear horror stories about remodeling but with Shane and his team it was fast and efficient. The best part was the communication. The longest I went without hearing back from them was probably a few hours. I always knew what was going on. Highly recommended!
