If you’re considering a home renovation, stop looking and hire TrueVision!

We tried two other companies first, and neither were communicative, reliable, organized or transparent about cost. One company even asked us for an extra $25,000 “just in case.” We were frustrated and worried we would never find a company that cared about us and worked to our standard.

Then came TrueVision.
And yes, there is a wait—but it is absolutely worth it. And if you do what we did and try other companies first because you’re eager to get the project done, you’ll likely end up waiting even longer while getting the runaround.

We started with the design phase, which none of the other companies offered, and it was incredibly helpful and necessary. Jim truly listened to what we wanted and created a kitchen we loved. It was so nice to be able to see the design before we started, from counters to cabinets to hardware. He also provided a detailed, realistic cost breakdown so we knew exactly where our money was going and could make small adjustments to stay within budget.

Once the project started, they gave us an app with a project timeline—and they actually stuck to it. We always knew who was coming and when. I never felt unsure about what was happening next or whether the project would be completed on time.

Riely was consistently on top of everything. He addressed concerns quickly and never made me feel unreasonable for being particular. He went above and beyond to make sure we were genuinely happy with the results. When issues came up, they were handled promptly and resolved to ensure our kitchen turned out exactly how we wanted.

Everyone who worked for and with True Vision was fantastic. We are in love with our kitchen… it’s absolutely beautiful and makes our home feel so special! This is a big investment, and TrueVision will make you feel comfortable, confident, and happy from start to finish.

The TrueVision team was such a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Riley and Jim were very professional and walked us through every step of the process in helping to complete our basement into our master suite. We first met Jim when he was employed by Dream maker Kitchen & Bath, and he was the project manager/designer for our kitchen and bathroom (2) remodels in a previous home. He also did some work for us at an office building we owned in Ogden. Although we have since moved to Utah County, Jim accepted our master bath remodel project because of our history.
It’s always a comfort to hire a company that is owned by someone you know and trust. Jim and his team worked hard to make sure every detail of the remodel was completed to our expectations and desires. If something was not to our liking, they corrected it without additional charge. Can’t say enough good things about Truevision, the ownership, the project managers and the sub-contractors that work with them are amazing.
Our project involved remodeling 2 bathrooms, and removing a bedroom and hallway and converting the space into 1 master bedroom and bath.
Jim provided a design concept for us, that showed a creative use for our space, something we did not consider.
During the design phase, Jim helped us pick out tile, flooring and fixtures for the project, and was always open to our suggestions as to the things we wanted and incorporated our suggestions into the final plan
One the first day of demolition, Graig, Riley and Dallin came and brought us a calendar showing exactly the time line the project would follow. It showed when the contractors would arrive and how long each of their individual projects would take.
Our project was done in 2 phases, that lasted from Feb to Nov, and we can honestly say that they stayed on schedule as it was outlined to us.
We had changes that needed to be made during the actual project, Craig, Riley and Dallin were always available to discuss the changes that needed to be done and the options we could chose from to keep the project moving forward.
All the Sub-Contractors that truevision works with were very courteous, skilled and experienced at their specialties and great to work with.
The same can be said about the Truevision team. They were amazing to work with and in some cases went over and above to keep our project on time and to address any concerns that we had throughout our project.
We would highly recommend TrueVision for any remodeling project big or small.

For anyone needing a custom remodel, these are the guys to use. I had True Vision remodel my townhome and it feels like a whole new house. The work they did on my bathrooms is too notch. They work with you on fully customizing your remodel with a plethora of options to choose from. They are professional and courteous but most importantly they are very quick. The level of detail that goes into the planning process alone will assure you that you're in good hands.
