After tirelessly trying to find someone that I could trust to repair a finished basement which had been damaged by water.......I finally found Rescue 1. Mike the owner, listened to our needs was able to offer his expertise and knowledge. He did everything he said he was going to do. He made sure I was happy and if I wasn't he would make it right. I had a great experience with Mike and Rescue 1 construction!! I found them through Thumbtack and Mike's office manager was very prompt getting back to me and she was very sweet! Mike was able to be at my house with in a couple days. Once he saw my project he had a handful of ideas and was very knowledgeable on what would work. I received a drawing of the project quickly. The communication with mike was super easy and he was very quick to respond. I felt at ease knowing that the job would be done quickly and I knew he would show up.. I was never left wondering! Great company. I truly recommend Rescue 1! Mike really cares about his customers and employees.
