We did a major addition/remodel to our home and I can’t recommend Bright Homes enough. You will not regret using them. They listened to our wants/needs and incorporated all of it into our addition. They do everything for you from plans, to the engineering, getting it approved through the city and more. They follow timelines and are great at communicating any delays or changes. They use an amazing program online that allows you to see what will happen for the week and have weekly zoom meetings to see how things went and what’s to come the following week. Jon and Tyler are men of their word and get things done. Any little mishaps that do happen they are quick to take care of and make right. They have a great team! We trusted all the subs they had come out. Bright Homes became like family to us coming in and out of our home daily. I would trust and highly recommend them with any addition or remodel, big or small.

We worked with Bright Homes to remodel part of our basement, to remedy some problems with an earlier remodel, and to do a few odd projects on our main floor. Jon was knowledgeable, thorough, and patient during the planning stages. Tyler was an excellent project manager and has a great eye for detail. The designer we worked with, Elena, was helpful and easy to work with. Each of the teams were skilled and easy to have in our home. When the project was finished, the basement was cleaned and put back together. We love the improvements to our home and would be happy to work with Bright Homes in the future.

We contracted with Bright Homes to build our fully custom home and we are very glad that we did! Jon and Tyler were great to work with and very professional. There were some mistakes made during the process, which is typical in building a home. However, Jon and Tyler were very good at rectifying any mistakes or issues. They provide a very quality end product and want the customer to receive exactly what they were hoping for. We highly recommend!

Working with Bright Homes was excellent. They finished our basement for us, and it was by far the best experience I've ever had with a contractor. Working with Jon and team was always professional, we loved the detail they took at the beginning of the process and quality throughout. The project came in on time, and thanks to the up front process, exactly on budget. Basement looks great, would 100% recommend to anyone looking to build/remodel/finish.
