Empire Homes Renovations

This is an odd review, but it's an important one. I approached Empire Homes for a personal project, I ended up going with someone else, but only due to a personal relationship tipping the balance. I have been in construction for 20 years. In our brief encounter they displayed everything you look for in a construction company. The dynamic between Wes and Emily was awesome. They were clear with expectations; very knowledgeable and practical in the face of unique challenges; their price was fair (fair is what I wanted, fair up front means fair to the end); they were very efficient with communication and their quote. I would recommend them to anyone based on this brief experience and will approach them again with future projects.

I hired Empire homes to build a custom dog was station in my existing laundry/mud room. I am very pleased with the completed project. The on site contractors were extremely knowledgeable and took great care to make sure that all jobs were completed with experience and care. I have a dog on property and each contractor and employee was very respectful of the gate and made sure to close it coming and going to ensure the dog didn’t leave the property. I would highly recommend Empire homes and would hire them again without second thoughts. In actuality I have already hired them to take on my next project!

We had Empire Homes renovate our bathroom ensuite. They were very prompt and efficient providing a quote, scheduling and finishing the project. We employed Empire Home Renovations for a major renovation to our main floor in our home this past year. We were extremely impressed with their ability and expertise that they were able to provide to bring this project to an amazing conclusion. The owners Wes & Marianne Carol came to our house to meet us and walk through our ideas of what we had hoped. They immediately scheduled one of their designers to give us computer designed images for us to consider. As the project began, Empire Home Renovations were constantly in communications with us over every detail. In the end we had decided to move a fireplace and add enhanced lighting and venting for our new appliances. All of this was managed by them effortlessly and timely. We were also extremely impressed with Paul Paiha, who handled the all the carpentry and details as a master. In fact all the trades hired by Empire Home Renovations were polite, timely and on budget. We were so happy with the end result and plan to enjoy our home with the new renovations for many years and decades to come. We were very satisfied with the kitchen renovations that Empire undertook on our behalf. They completed the job according to schedule and always followed up with the progress. All tradesman were friendly, competent and always punctual. The price was reasonable and they were receptive to alteration additions (ceiling and painting upgrade) to the original plan as the work progressed. I’ll be calling them again when I need good quality and dependable workmanship.
