They came to insulate my house and I'm very satisfied with the work done. Clean, quick, and efficient. I highly recommend them.
Communication with the contractor is difficult, and the quality of service is poor. Their plastering subcontractor applied plaster to my children's bedroom, kitchen, and front entrance while the work was being done in the bathroom. The contractor refuses to believe me and claims that one of my children must have touched the plaster to put it in their room. Scraps from another project were put in a container I had rented, and while they were putting the waste in, they asked me if it was okay to use my container. My shower and bath installation was cancelled without notice, and they're trying to tell me it's my fault, that I contacted them to cancel, even though I've been waiting for them for over seven days and I have text messages from them. The project manager resigned mid-project, and they don't seem to understand where my project stands, and again, it seems to be my problem. Okay, the end result is fine, but given the communication difficulties and poor service, I should have chosen a different contractor, and it would have been hard to imagine a riskier project. I considered finishing the work elsewhere, but considering the significant initial deposit, I risked losing my money. When you see that the contractor leaves positive reviews for themselves, it raises serious questions about their integrity.
