Diego and his team were great to work with. Finding a contractor is very intimidating but as soon as we met Diego we knew we wanted to work with him. He was honest, priced competitively and wasn’t trying to push us into something we didn’t want. We had them build a new deck in our backyard and we could not be happier with the results. They have a skilled and professional team that works extremely hard. We encountered some delays but given the scope and challenges with materials it was nothing we didn’t expect. Thanks again!
We hired Diego and his team for a project that involved adding a complete bathroom where no plumbing or water lines previously existed, plus reconfiguring an entire living space and attached bedroom. From start to finish, they delivered an outstanding experience with incredible professionalism, responsive communication, and excellent organization throughout the entire project. You could tell they take genuine pride in their craftsmanship, with attention to detail evident in every aspect of their work.What impressed us most was their reliability and complete transparency. Bay Quality Construction just completed some work at my home. When it came time to upgrade my guest bathroom, I invited several companies to come and provide estimates. Although representatives from the first companies I contacted were professional and knowledgeable, they provided estimates that far exceeded my budget. When Bay Quality Construction presented their offer, it didn’t take long for me to know this was the right company for my project.In our initial meeting, Business Manager, Brenda, listened to what I had in mind and considered my budget. Through our discussion and by making a few modifications to my initial vision for the project, an offer was presented that worked within my budget. The financial component, combined with Brenda’s intuition and vision for the design/decorating aspect of the job, “cinched the deal” for me and I happily accepted their offer.Over the course of the project, Brenda kept in close contact and we worked together on choosing the right materials such as tiles, vanity, plumbing fixtures, etc., while the skilled workers and technicians under the direction of Diego and Benny, worked on the construction. Brenda was a delight to work with and throughout the project, Diego kept in contact regarding the schedule.I was impressed with the master craftsmanship of the workers who attended to each part of the job. The skill displayed throughout the construction, combined with Brenda’s business savvy and vision for the project, created an end result that far exceeded my expectations and I couldn’t be happier. In fact, I was so pleased with the bathroom project, that I also enlisted their help with a few other things, such as replacing a screen door and applying wainscoating to our hallway.
