Had a technician, Jesus, come out the townhouse I am renting and he replaced the fan in one of our restrooms very quickly. Jesus also thought ahead, asking me for pictures of the fan so he could buy the replacement in transit, versus waiting to see if the old fan needed to be replaced (it absolutely needed to be).
