Blue Spruce absolutely crushed our project! I'm in Real Estate so I routinely hearing of construction timelines and immediately add 25-50% to the timeframe. Issues pop up when you open walls. Brad told us 8-10 weeks whereas other contractors said 4-6 months. We moved out first week of January and back in second week of March. 10 weeks on the nose. All of his subs were great to work with and did very high quality work. I highly recommend Brad and his team at Blue Spruce for your next project!!

I’m a member of our neighborhood HOA board of directors. We hired Blue Spruce Construction to serve as the general contractor to build our new neighborhood pool and recreation facility.

The Blue Spruce team worked closely with the architect and the HOA to ensure that the project was completed as planned and specified. The result is a stunning pool and recreation area that has received rave reviews from the members of the neighborhood HOA. We opened the pool in June of 2024 and had a great summer season.
