We had an expansion and major renovation project carried out with Cigale Construction. We opted for a cost-plus contract and have not regretted it. This allowed us to make the best possible decisions in collaboration with the team and maintain flexibility on the construction site. Their professionalism, expertise, and the quality of their work were extraordinary. Kevin is a solution seeker (he always finds them!), very reassuring (especially when we were discouraged by the inevitable unpleasant surprises of such a large project), and keeps his word regarding costs and quality. His team is just as dedicated and pleasant. The subcontractors retained by Kevin are handpicked by him to meet his quality standards. When Cigale finished the project, we really missed the team. It's a company with a friendly atmosphere, who knew how to put our needs at the heart of their work and had the patience to answer our thousands of questions and discuss our thousands of ideas. With all the stress involved in such major renovations, it takes a strong and reliable team like Cigale. We have NO regrets. We recommend Cigale 100%.
