Seeing these positive reviews, I was really disappointed. Yesterday, they scheduled an appointment with me for the balcony cleaning, and they told me they would call me before coming. Then, no call, and they didn't even show up for the appointment! I canceled all my other activities to make sure I would be there for the three hours they promised (they said they would be there). I find that truly despicable, completely unreliable! If you didn't want to provide your service, you could have just told me. There's no point in playing games with people.
