High Bridge Development

We couldn’t be happier with our home remodel in Louisville with High Bridge Development. Cassidy and his team were professional, reliable, and delivered excellent craftsmanship on our carriage house project. From start to finish, they paid close attention to detail and kept us informed every step of the way. The finished product exceeded our expectations, and Cassidy’s responsiveness made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It’s clear he takes pride in his work, and it really shows in the result. We’ve already recommended High Bridge Development to friends and neighbors, and we’ll gladly continue to do so. If you’re considering a home remodel in Louisville, we highly recommend this professional team.

Professional on all levels. Conscientious. Timely. High-end vision and expertise. Exceeded expectations. Respectful of space and time. Made an intimidating process approachable and enjoyable. Cassidy and crew are unmatched in their professionalism - from their attention to detail, respect for your home all with big vision to make a space meaningful and beautiful- the best.

Cassidy and the entire high Bridge crew ( special shout out to Jeremy) not only met but exceeded my expectations throughout a wide ranging project with many unexpected challenges. From first meeting to final walk through Cassidy listened, offered his expert input and worked collaboratively to assure the best experience and outcome. My project was wide ranging from fencing, reconfiguring the deck, gutter issues, replacing flooring to a complete kitchen remodel . As with any project there were bumps in the road but Cassidy quickly worked to minimize the impact. When there was an electrical fire (not their fault) he came over in the early morning hours and helped to get all of the various professionals needed to our house quickly and working to get the many problems addressed. Cassidy also was there to rescue us when my dog locked himself in the car (long story) Throughout, the High Bridge team was prompt, addressed any concerns, professional, thoughtful and seemed invested in their work. Must also acknowledge Karen Stewart at Century who worked her magic in the kitchen Throughout cost was explained and transparent. Options were explored with pros and cons explained High Bridge Development, Cassidy and his crew deserve every one of those 5 stars

Cassidy and the High Bridge Development crew were wonderful. Our kitchen renovation exceeded all our expectations. They provided high quality service in all aspects of the job. They were prompt and the finished product is better than we imagined. I would highly recommend High Bridge Development. We are looking forward to working with them again on our next project soon.
