I called over the weekend and scheduled an inspection and quote for Monday. No one ever showed up or contacted me. I followed up with a text the next day and never received a response—despite the message being left on “read.” Overall, the lack of communication and follow-through was extremely disappointing and reflects poor customer service.
I’m unhappy with Rodriguez Construction. They renovated my kitchen, but did a poor job.They didn't communicate well, made mistakes, and delayed the project. The final bill was also higher than expected.Not recommended to anyone!!!
