After an exhaustive search for the right company to renovate our bathrooms, I finally found Heartland Building and Design. I wanted a team that valued me as a client, respected the investment I was making, and delivered on the essentials: clear communication, timeliness, and adherence to budget. To make my choice, I carefully reviewed ratings on Google, Yelp, and Facebook, then cross-referenced the top performers with the Better Business Bureau. That process led me to HBD. From my very first conversation with Stacey, I knew I was in good hands. She was approachable and professional. Stacey assured me that beautiful spaces could be created within any budget, and she gave me the time I needed to make decisions without pressure. Throughout the project, I felt confident and supported, and the finished bathrooms exceeded my expectations. HBD offers a one-year warranty on their remodels, which I appreciated but initially didn’t think I would need. Heartland made our remodel experience about as stress-free as possible - and that is saying a lot for a kitchen remodel! Heartland Building and Design recently finished adding a basement bathroom to our home. Stacey was great through every step of the design process. She helped us figure out what our preferences were and was very transparent about pricing. Nic kept us informed on what to expect through the whole construction phase of the project.
