AK and KHALiL Construction did a great job for us.They cleared 10 acres of trees and shrubs plus drained & closed a 1 acre pond and the work came out professional! Their price was the best I found in Mansfield and they finished per the schedule and the entire process was easy!!Highly recommend AK and his crew for commercial or industrial work, honest and transparent company!
Khalil Construction has done an amazing job on my 7,000 square foot office building project. It can be a little scary selecting a general contractor. It's a big decision. Well, let me tell you from my own experience that Khalil Construction goes over and above. Karam and AK are extremely detail oriented. They have been resonsive to my needs, immediately replying to texts even after hours and on weekends. They have helped me find the most cost effective solutions to build the project the way I want it. Most importantly, they have treated me fairly and respectfully. They are constantly on site supervising the progress of the construction. They know exactly what their subcontractors are doing throughout each day. They don't just respond to problems, they catch them before they happen. You can expect the best from them, because they expect it from themselves. I have absolutely zero reservations about recommending Khalil Construction. You can take your chances with another builder, or you can choose one that has proven that they check all the right boxes - - Khalil is that builder.
