Started on time and with great scheduling finished ahead of our target date, on budget. A great experience!! The Rycor team and trades were all excellent. Trusted in our home while delivering quality workmanship. Ryan is an excellent project manager, highly responsive and great to work with. Hopefully we can have him back yearly. Next year a showcase garage.

We hired Rycor Construction to complete a renovation of our older Brookswood home. Ryan was professional, honest and very efficient. He kept to the schedule but was also adaptable with changes when the opportunity arose during the remodeling for additional modifications for personal touches. By providing us with advanced notice of when materials and decisions had to be made, we were able to personalize our home. He was very upfront and transparent with communication regarding the impact these changes would have on our previously agreed upon budget. He was meticulous about doing the job the right way, not cutting corners, agreeing that the quality of workmanship was important. We were extremely pleased with the quality of workmanship from his tradesmen and his dedication to keeping the schedule. We would not hesitate to recommend his services and are planning on utilizing them again for external renovation planned in the near future.

We hired Rycor for a full home renovation including; removal of a load bearing wall to achieve an open concept Kitchen, 3 bathrooms, updated laundry room, new front entry way, flooring, electrical, plumbing, doors, baseboards etc. Ryan communicates very well, sets clear expectations, addresses concerns immediately, kept us on budget and completed the project in a very aggressive timeline. All their trades and subcontractors were friendly, respectful and kept our home as clean as possible throughout the project. We're very happy with the quality of workmanship and attention to detail that Ryan and his team delivered to our home. 100% recommend!

Ryan and his team at Rycor provided excellent customer service and an unreal end product that was beyond our expectations. Ryan has completed two previous projects at our home that we were extremely happy with. We reached out to Ryan and presented him with an idea that started as a sketch and a dream, and he took it from there. From architectural drawings, engineered drawings, site visits with inspectors, Ryan managed it all. Ryan provided a quote that was detailed and had no hidden fees. Ryan was transparent, always answered our many calls and questions with confidence, which put our minds at ease throughout the 3 month long project. Our project was not easy by any means, he had the difficult task of adding a floor on top of our existing kitchen and living room. It was exceptional work done by him and his team and we are amazed by the end product. I would happily be a reference for Ryan and the Rycor team any day. If you want an end product that meets your expectations and is completed with great quality workmanship, I would suggest you give Ryan a call.
