As a licensed real estate advisor working with clients daily, choosing the right vendor matters. When I refer someone, it reflects directly on me—so reliability, quality, and professionalism are non-negotiable.

I recently had Josh from Honey, Do This Home Repair out to a property in Gilbert for light plumbing work. He arrived on time, his pricing was extremely reasonable, and he handled the plumbing repair efficiently and correctly the first time.

While he was there, he also adjusted the side gates on the property so they functioned perfectly—and did not charge me for that additional work. That says a lot.

Josh is a veteran, and I make a point to support those who have served. Freedom is not free, and character matters.

Finding someone you can count on, who does solid work at fair prices, is harder than it should be these days. If you’re looking for help with plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, or general home repairs, Josh is your guy. I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again or refer him to my clients.
